Smoked brisket cubed and shredded smoked pork shoulder, double smoked sauce and one more trip around the smoker. (Meats already combined and cannot be separated.)

We suggest 6 ounces of meat per person and guests with heartier appetites will eat more. One pound feeds approximately 2.25 people and is served with 2 buns per pound, pickles, bbq sauce, and red onions.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring meat to thaw or room temperature while the oven pre-heats to 350 degrees.  Heat meat for approximately 10 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
